Gift Offer definition

Gift Offer or "Gift" shall mean a gift of specified item/s to the Cardholder, in the event of the Facility being availed by a Cardholder, during the Program Period and the necessary criteria for being eligible for such gift having been duly met by such Cardholder and shall collectively include the Gift 1, 2& 3.
Gift Offer or “Gift” shall mean a set of complimentary Sennheiser HD221 Headphones to the Cardholder in cases where the Facility is availed during the Program Period.
Gift Offer or "Gift" or “Festive Offer” shall mean a gift of specified item/s to the Cardholder during the Program Period on satisfying necessary criteria for being eligible for such gifts collectively include the Gift 1, 2.

Examples of Gift Offer in a sentence

  • Only the Primary Cardholder shall be eligible for the Gift Offer after payment of the joining fee in full.

  • Cancellation of the Card before the dispatch of the Gift Offer shall amount to cancellation of the Gift Offer.

  • The participation of the Cardholder in the Gift Offer is entirely voluntary and shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.2. Related to Gift Offer

  • Sell Offer means an offer to sell Capacity Resources in a Base Residual Auction, Incremental Auction, or Reliability Backstop Auction.

  • Increment Offer means a type of Virtual Transaction that is an offer to sell energy at a specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market. A cleared Increment Offer results in scheduled generation at the specified location in the Day-ahead Energy Market.

In determining the market/offer price, the value of consideration other than cash shall be determined by a nationally recognized investment banking firm selected by the Holder or Owner, as the case may be, and reasonably acceptable to Issuer.

  • Solicited Discounted Prepayment Offer means the irrevocable written offer by each Term Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit O, submitted following the Administrative Agent’s receipt of a Solicited Discounted Prepayment Notice.

  • Final Offer means the offer on which a resource was dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection for a particular clock hour for the Operating Day. Final RTO Unforced Capacity Obligation:

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

  • Initial Offer Price means the initial price payable for a Share as specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
