Further Audit definition

Further Audit has the meaning given in clause 3.3(c).
Further Audit means an environmental audit of the Lands and Premises performed by the Consultant on behalf of the Landlord and the Tenant at the Tenant's expense to determine the existence, nature and extent of any Additional Pollution and to determine what Remedial Action if any is necessary with respect to any Additional Pollution and to determine the cost of remediating that Additional Pollution;
Further Audit means the audit provided for in Section 19.6.

  • The Final Report may be supplemented to the extent updates are required by the Further Audit.

  • The scope of work for the Further Audit will be developed by agreement of all the Participants.
