Section 19.6. 13 For purposes of calculating daily hours, time worked shall be rounded to the nearest one-quarter (¼) hour. 15 Section 19.7. 16 An employee required to travel from one site to another in a private vehicle during working hours shall be 17 reimbursed for such travel according to the IRS established rate.
Section 19.6. 38 Nothing contained in this agreement shall require Association membership of employees who object to 39 such membership based on bona fide religious tenets or teachings of a church or religious body of 40 which such employee is a member. Such employee shall pay an amount equivalent to normal dues to a 41 nonreligious charity or other charitable organization mutually agreed upon by the employee and the 42 Association. The employee shall furnish written proof that such payment has been made. If the 43 employee and the Association cannot agree on such matter, it shall be resolved by the Public 44 Employment Relations Commission pursuant to RCW 41.56.122. 45 48
