Fund Interest Unit definition

Fund Interest Unit means, in respect of any Fund Interest and the related Fund, a share in such Fund or, if Fund Interests in such Fund are not denominated as shares, a notional unit of account of ownership in such Fund in the amount specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement;
Fund Interest Unit means an individual share or notional unit of account of ownership in respect of an investment in an Underlying Fund.
Fund Interest Unit means, in respect of a Fund Interest in a Reference Fund, a share of such Fund Interest or, if Fund Interests in such Reference Fund are not denominated as shares, a notional unit of account of ownership of such Fund Interest in such Reference Fund in the amount specified in the applicable Final Terms; provided that if no such amount is so specified, then the entire amount of Fund Interest in which the Hypothetical Investor is deemed to invest on the Trade Date shall be a single Fund Interest Unit.

More Definitions of Fund Interest Unit

Fund Interest Unit means, in respect of the relevant Mutual Fund Interest, a share of such Mutual Fund Interest or, if interests in the related Reference Fund are not denominated as shares, a notional unit of account of ownership of such interests.
Fund Interest Unit means, with respect to a Fund Interest a share of such Fund Interest or, if the Fund Interest is not denominated as shares, a notional unit of account of ownership of such Fund Interest in the amount specified in the Final Terms; provided that if no such amount is so specified, then the entire amount of the Fund Interest in which the Hypothetical Investor is deemed to subscribe in order to establish the hedge of the Securities on the Issue Date and at any date thereafter in order to maintain or adjust its hedge of the Securities, shall be a single Fund Interest Unit for the purposes of these Asset Terms.

Related to Fund Interest Unit

  • Common Interest means the limited liability company membership interest represented by the Common Units owned by a Common Member in the Company at any particular time, including the right of such Common Member to any and all benefits to which a Common Member may be entitled as provided in the Act, this Agreement, or otherwise, together with the obligations of such Common Member to comply with all terms and provisions of this Agreement and the Act.

  • Series A Preferred Unit means a Preferred Unit having the designations, preferences, rights, powers and duties set forth in Article XVI.

  • Preferred Unit means a fractional share of the Partnership Interests that the General Partner has authorized pursuant to Sections 4.01, 4.03 or 4.04 hereof that has distribution rights, or rights upon liquidation, winding up and dissolution, that are superior or prior to the OP Units.

  • Class B Interest Each of the Class B-1 and Class B-2 Interests.

  • Deferred Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.

  • Capitalized Interest means, with respect to the interest due or to be due on a Series of Bonds prior to, during and for a period not exceeding one year after the completion of a Project to be funded by such Series, all or part of such interest which will be paid, or is expected to be paid, from the proceeds of such Series.

  • Class IO Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee, evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
