Reference Fund definition

Reference Fund means each fund in the Funds Basket, as further described and defined in Schedule 2 (The Reference Portfolio);
Reference Fund means, with respect to a Reference Share, the Reference Fund specified on the cover page of the relevant Pricing Supplement. Following an All-Share Merger Event with respect to the Reference Fund of any Reference Share, the applicable “Reference Fund” shall refer to the fund related to the New Reference Shares.

Examples of Reference Fund in a sentence

  • If a Consortium of Tribes is interested in a TTPA for the Consortium, the Consortium of Tribes will be addressed the same way as if working with one Tribe; with one Tribal Resolution, one TTPA, one Retained Services Addendum (RSA), and one Reference Fund Agreement (RFA).

More Definitions of Reference Fund

Reference Fund means a collective investment fund or an unregulated fund in respect of which the operator is appointed to provide relevant FSB services;
