Foreign Benefit Arrangement definition

Foreign Benefit Arrangement any employee benefit arrangement mandated by non-US law that is maintained or contributed to by any Group Member or any ERISA Affiliate.

Foreign Benefit Arrangement means any employee benefit arrangement mandated by the laws of any jurisdiction other than the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia that is maintained or contributed to by any Loan Party.
