Floating Rate Period definition

Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.
Floating Rate Period has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(e)(ii).
Floating Rate Period means any period during which a Floating Rate is in effect.

  • During the Floating Rate Period, interest will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed.

  • During the Floating Rate Period, the Notes will bear interest from, and including April 26, 2027 to, but excluding, maturity at a rate equal to Daily Compounded XXXXX (Index) plus 1.04%, subject to the Minimum Interest Rate and subject to modification as disclosed in the Preliminary Final Prospectus, payable on July 26, 2027, October 26, 2027, January 26, 2028 and April 26, 2028.

Floating Rate Period means the period commencing on and including the Dividend Payment Date on July 6, 2023 and continuing to, but excluding, the first date, if any, as of which all shares of Series B have been redeemed.
