Fit for Duty definition

Fit for Duty. - means the condition of a Person who has been designated to respond and that is able to respond not under the influence of any legal or illegal drug, alcohol, or medication that will hinder response and resolution performance or compromise their safety or the safety of others;
Fit for Duty means that an employee is able to perform the full duties of the job with competence and in a safe manner as compared to established performance standards;
Fit for Duty means a state of physical and mental that allows an individual to perform his or her job duties safely and effectively without impairment due to the use of or after-effects of alcohol, illegal drugs, legal medications or other health conditions.
