Financing Agent definition

Financing Agent means, in respect of any Designated Indebtedness, any trustee, representative or agent for the holders of such Designated Indebtedness.

Financing Agent means any single trustee, administrative agent or similar representative acting on behalf of the Financing Parties or such other single representative designated in writing by the Party being financed.

Related to Financing Agent

  • Note Agent means any Registrar, Paying Agent or Conversion Agent.

  • Credit Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as administrative agent for the lenders party to the Credit Agreement, or any successor or successors party thereto.
