Financial Indicators definition

Financial Indicators means the Tangible Net Worth and the Credit Rating.
Financial Indicators means in respect of each member of the FDE Group each of the financial indicators set out in Paragraph 6.1 of Schedule 7.4 (Financial Distress)
Financial Indicators in respect of the Supplier, Key Sub-contractors and the Guarantor, means each of the financial indicators set out at paragraph 5.1 of this Schedule; and in respect of each Monitored Supplier, means those Applicable Financial Indicators;

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.
