Final Approval Order and Judgment definition

Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order in which the Court certifies the Settlement Class, grants final approval of this Settlement Agreement, authorizes the entry of a final judgment, and dismisses the Action with prejudice.
Final Approval Order and Judgment means an order and judgment that the Court enters after the Final Approval Hearing, which finally approves the Settlement Agreement, certifies the Settlement Class, dismisses the Litigation with prejudice, entering judgment in accord with the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and otherwise satisfies the settlement- related provisions of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, and is consistent with all material provisions of this Settlement Agreement. The Parties agree to the Court entering a Final Approval Order and Judgment consistent with the proposed Final Approval Order and Judgment attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
Final Approval Order and Judgment or “Final Approval Order” shall mean a final order entered by the Court after the Final Approval Hearing, substantially the same in all material respects to that attached hereto as Exhibit A, granting its approval of the Settlement. The Parties may agree to additions or modifications to the form of the Final Approval Order and Judgment as they agree are appropriate before it is submitted to the Court for final approval of the Settlement.

More Definitions of Final Approval Order and Judgment

Final Approval Order and Judgment means an order and judgment that the Court enters after the Final Fairness Hearing, which finally approves the Settlement and dismisses Defendants with prejudice and without material change to the Parties’ agreed-upon proposed final approval order and judgment attached hereto as Exhibit 11.
Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order and judgment entered by the Court following the Final Approval Hearing pursuant to Rule 3.769(h), which is in all material respects similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Final Approval Order and Judgment means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit 3 or in such form as may be ordered by the Court, to be entered by the Court following the Final Approval Hearing.

Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order and judgment that the Court enters upon Final Approval and in the form of, or materially in the form of, the proposed Final Approval Order and Judgment attached hereto as Exhibit 6. In the event that the Court issues separate orders addressing the matters constituting Final Approval, then the Final Approval Order and Judgment includes all such orders.
Final Approval Order and Judgment means the Order to be entered by the Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “B” or such other form as is mutually agreeable to the Parties, approving this Settlement as fair, adequate, and reasonable and in the best interests of the Settlement Class as a whole in accordance with the applicable Washington State Superior Court Civil Rules and/or other applicable law, and making such other findings and determinations as the Court deems necessary and appropriate to effectuate the terms of this Settlement, with the Court retaining jurisdiction over the Settlement and its administration, as set forth in the Final Approval Order and Judgment.
Final Approval Order and Judgment means the Order granting final approval to the Settlement, which should not be entered earlier than ninety (90) days after the appropriate state and federal officials have been served with notice of the Settlement in accordance with the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, as codified at 28 U.S.C. § l 715(b).
