Fee Calculation Period definition

Fee Calculation Period means each period from one Bond Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Bond Interest Payment Date, except that the first Fee Calculation Period will commence on the Deposit Date and the last Fee Calculation Period will end on the date of termination of the Agreement.
Fee Calculation Period means each period from (and including) one Bond Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Bond Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Fee Calculation Period will commence on (and include) the Deposit Date and the last Fee Calculation Period will end on (and exclude) the applicable Trust Termination Date.

  • Interest Calculation Period means the interest calculation period set out or referred to in item 5(d) of the Mortgage Form;
