RMB Rate Calculation Date definition

RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • RMB Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two (2) RMB Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date for payment of the relevant Renminbi amount under the Conditions.

  • If such rate is not available, the RMB Rate Calculation Agent will determine the RMB Spot Rate at or around 11 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on the RMB Rate Calculation Date as the most recently available CNY/US Dollar or as the case may be CNY/EUR official fixing rate for settlement on the relevant due date for payment reported by The State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC, which is reported on the Reuters Screen Page CNY=SAEC.

  • If such rate is not available, the RMB Rate Calculation Agent will determine the RMB Spot Rate at or around 11 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on the RMB Rate Calculation Date as the most recently available CNY/U.S. dollar official fixing rate for settlement on the relevant due date for payment reported by The State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC, which is reported on the Reuters Screen Page CNY=SAEC.

  • If neither rate is available, the RMB Rate Calculation Agent will determine the Spot Rate at oraround 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on the RMB Rate Calculation Date as the most recently available U.S. dollar/CNY official fixing rate for settlement on the relevant due date for payment reported by The State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC, which is reported on the Reuters Screen Page CNY=SAEC.

  • If neither rate is available, the RMB Rate Calculation Agent will determine the Spot Rate at or around 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on the RMB Rate Calculation Date as the most recently available U.S. dollar/CNY official fixing rate for settlement on the relevant due date for payment reported by The State Administration of Foreign Exchange of the PRC, which is reported on the Reuters Screen Page CNY=SAEC.

  • RMB Spot Rate for a RMB Rate Calculation Date means the spot CNY/US dollar exchange rate for the purchase of US dollars with CNY in the over-the-counter CNY exchange market in Hong Kong for settlement on the relevant due date for payment, as determined by the RMB Rate Calculation Agent at or around 11 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on such RMB Rate Calculation Date, on a deliverable basis by reference to Reuters Screen Page CNHFIX=.

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • RMB Rate Calculation Agent means the agent appointed from time to time by the Issuer for the determination of the RMB Spot Rate or identified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Reference Rate Determination Date means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day(i):
