FCC Approvals as defined in Section 6.4. -------------

FCC Approvals shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3(b).

FCC Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(e).

Examples of FCC Approvals in a sentence

• Any and all requisite FCC Approvals, PUC Approvals, and any other authorizations, consents, regulatory approvals, rulings, or documents required to implement and effectuate the Plan shall have been obtained, without any conditions required to implement and effectuate the Plan that are materially adverse to the Debtors and that have not previously been approved by the Required Consenting Noteholders in accordance with Article IV.J, and shall be in full force and effect.

• Provide relevant performance statistics on a comparable portfolio and compare with industry averages or benchmarks for the last one, three, five years and average assets per client.

• The Debtors, the Senior Lenders and any other Holders of Claims that are eligible to receive New Common Stock shall use their best efforts to cooperate in diligently pursuing and in taking all reasonable steps necessary to obtain the requisite FCC Approvals and shall provide such additional documents or information as are reasonably requested by the Debtors or the Proponents or that the Debtors or the Proponents reasonably deem necessary for the FCC's review of such applications.

• No FCC Approvals shall have been withdrawn, reversed, stayed, enjoined, annulled, terminated or otherwise suspended prior to the Auto Conversion Effective Time.

• The Partnership and Buyer agree to use their respective reasonable best efforts to cooperate with any requests for information, filing of forms, communications with the FCC or other actions which are reasonably necessary in order to obtain the FCC Approvals.

More Definitions of FCC Approvals

FCC Approvals means the consents or approvals required from the FCC with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby.

FCC Approvals means, as set forth in Section 1.01(i) of the Uniti Disclosure Schedule, the approvals, consents, waivers, declaratory rulings or other authorization from the FCC for the Transactions other than the Pre-Closing Windstream Reorganization.

FCC Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(e).

FCC Approvals means approval by the Federal Communications Commission of the Sellers' transfer to the Purchaser of the control of every license included among the Assets for which such approval is required.

FCC Approvals means the applications and filings required in connection with or in compliance with the rules and regulations of the FCC.

FCC Approvals shall have the meaning specified in Subsection 2.G(2).

FCC Approvals means collectively the DISH FCC Approvals and the EchoStar FCC Approvals.
