Company Approvals definition

Company Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b).

Examples of Company Approvals in a sentence

• All Company Approvals and all Parent Approvals shall have been obtained or made.

• Except as disclosed in Section 4.18 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, none of the Company Approvals is subject to termination by their express terms as a result of the execution of this Agreement by the Company or the consummation of the Merger.

More Definitions of Company Approvals

Company Approvals means all rights, licenses, permits, approvals, waivers, consents and authorizations that are necessary for the Company to engage in the activities specified in the Business Scope and the other business activities contemplated in this Contract.

Company Approvals has the meaning given to that term in Section 3.18(b).

Company Approvals means those approvals, filings or notifications set forth on Section 4.3 of the Company Disclosure Schedule.

Company Approvals means all rights, licenses, permits, approvals, waivers, consents and authorizations that are necessary for the Company to engage in the activities specified in the Business Scope and the other business activities contemplated in this Agreement.

Company Approvals shall not include any Land Use and Permitting Approvals; Developer shall be solely responsible for obtaining all Land Use and Permitting Approvals.
