Facility Users definition

Facility Users has the meaning set out in Schedule 4 [Services Protocols and Specifications];

Facility Users means the Authority, Authority Persons, physicians, patients, visitors, students and volunteers using or present at the Facility;

Facility Users means the Owner, Owner Persons, physicians, patients, visitors, students and volunteers who will be using or present at the Facility after Service Commencement;

More Definitions of Facility Users

Facility Users means BC Hydro, BC Hydro Persons, or BC Hydro’s visitors, contractors or consultants;

Facility Users responsibility to ensure the maximum is not exceeded during the event. Staff, security and volunteers are included in the occupancy load.
