Facility Period definition

Facility Period means the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date when the whole of the Indebtedness has been repaid in full and the Security Parties have ceased to be under any further actual or contingent liability to the Finance Parties under or in connection with the Finance Documents.

Facility Period means the period starting on the date of this Agreement and ending on such date as all obligations whatsoever of all of the Security Parties under or pursuant to the Security Documents whensoever arising, actual or contingent, have been irrevocably paid, performed and/or complied with;

Examples of Facility Period in a sentence

• Such amendments will only be applied from the date on which the conditions in paragraph (b) below have been satisfied and throughout the rest of the Facility Period.

• Each Obligor who is a Party undertakes that this clause 28 will be complied with throughout the Facility Period.

More Definitions of Facility Period

Facility Period means the period starting on the first Drawdown Date and ending on such date as all obligations whatsoever of all of the Security Parties under or pursuant to the Security Documents whensoever arising, actual or contingent, have been irrevocably paid, performed and/or complied with;

Facility Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including the date on which the Total Commitments have reduced to zero and all indebtedness of the Obligors under the Finance Documents has been fully paid and discharged.

Facility Period means the period starting as of the date hereof and ending on such date as the Lender determines that all payment obligations whatsoever of the Borrower under or pursuant to the Loan Documents whensoever arising, actual or contingent, have been irrevocably paid;

Facility Period is the period beginning on this date and continuing until MARCH 21, 2001, unless the period is terminated sooner by Bank with notice to Borrower or by Borrower under Section 3.5.

Facility Period means the period from and including the date of this Agreement to and including the date on which the Total Commitments have reduced to zero and all indebtedness of the Obligors under the Finance Documents has irrevocably and unconditionally been fully paid and discharged.
