Existing Shareholders Agreement definition

Existing Shareholders Agreement means the Amended and Restated Shareholders’ Agreement, dated April 15, 2010 (as amended to date), by and among the other shareholder signatories thereto.

Existing Shareholders Agreement means the fifth amended and restated shareholders agreement, dated January 8, 2015, by and among the Company, the Existing Investors, and other shareholders of the Company and certain other parties therein.

Existing Shareholders Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
