Members Agreement definition

Members Agreement means the members’ agreement among the Exchange and each Person who, from time to time, is accepted as and becomes a member of the Exchange under the Exchange requirements.

More Definitions of Members Agreement

Members Agreement means the Members' Agreement dated as of June 30, 1999, among the Company, the Purchasers and the other parties thereto, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
