Existing Collateral Documents definition

Existing Collateral Documents is defined in the recitals of this Agreement.

Existing Collateral Documents means, collectively, (a) the Existing Intercreditor Agreements, (b) the Existing General Security Agreement and (c) the Existing FCC License Subsidiary Pledge Agreement.

Existing Collateral Documents has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereof.

Examples of Existing Collateral Documents in a sentence

• All Liens and security interests securing the Existing Credit Agreement and the obligations relating thereto under the Existing Collateral Documents, are hereby ratified, confirmed, renewed, extended, amended and restated as security for the DIP Obligations by this Agreement with the same priority as the Existing Collateral Documents.

• None of the Liens and security interests created pursuant to the Existing Collateral Documents are released or impaired hereby.

• Additionally, the substantive rights and obligations of the parties hereto from and after the Roll-Up Funding Date shall be governed by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, rather than the Existing Collateral Documents.

• All references in the Existing Collateral Documents to the “Credit Agreement” shall be deemed to refer to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement.

• Except as amended hereby, each of the Existing Collateral Documents shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with their respective terms.

More Definitions of Existing Collateral Documents

Existing Collateral Documents means, collectively, all collateral documents and instruments executed and delivered in connection with the Existing Loan Agreement.

Existing Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Existing Security Agreements, Tozex Xxxd Mortgage Documents, and Vision Drive Mortgage, in each case as the same may from time to time have been amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified.

Existing Collateral Documents means the ‘‘Collateral Documents’’ under and as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

Existing Collateral Documents means the Collateral Documents executed pursuant to the 2004 Credit Agreement, including without limitation the Mortgage, Existing Security Agreements and Existing Guaranty Agreements.

Existing Collateral Documents shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto. “Existing Obligations” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals hereto.

Existing Collateral Documents means, collectively, the Pledge and Security Agreement dated May 6, 2011, with respect to Lufkin Argentina S.A. and related documents and the Pledge of Securities Account and Cash Account dated April 29, 2011 with respect to Lufkin France and related documents.
