Collateral Document definition

Collateral Document means any Security and Pledge Agreement, any Mortgage or any other agreement or document delivered pursuant hereto or in connection herewith pursuant to which the Secured Parties or any Agent or other Person on behalf of the Secured Parties is granted a Lien to secure any Obligations.
Collateral Document means any document under which Collateral is granted and any document related thereto.
Collateral Document means, individually and collectively, each Security Agreement and each other document granting a Lien upon the Collateral as security for payment of the Secured Obligations.

Collateral Document means each document held by the Lender as security for the repayment of the Secured Money or the performance of the Secured Obligations;

Collateral Document means any Guaranty, the CBL Mortgage, any security deed, mortgage, deed of trust, assignment of leases and rents, any property management contract assignments, and any other security agreement, financing statement, or other document, instrument or agreement creating, evidencing or perfecting the Bank’s Liens in any of the Collateral.
