Evaluation Program definition

Evaluation Program means the research activities to be carried out by or on behalf of MP and the evaluation activities to be carried out by or on behalf of Cempra pursuant to this Agreement, as further described on Schedule 1.20.
Evaluation Program means a program of work to be performed by Contractor as specified in Annex D-1.
Evaluation Program means the activities conducted pursuant to the Evaluation Plan described in Section 2.1(a).

Evaluation Program means a program of not more than 6 months duration, except that longer periods may be approved in unusual circumstances, using the medium of work to determine a client's potential, and which meets State agency or equivalent standards."

  • Evaluation rubric means a set of criteria, measures, and processes used to evaluate all teaching staff members in a specific school district or local education agency. Each Board of Education will have an evaluation rubric specifically for teachers, another specifically for Principals, Vice Principals, and Assistant Principals, and evaluation rubrics for other categories of teaching staff members.

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);

  • Independent living program means a program designed to assist a juvenile to enhance skills and abilities necessary for successful adult living and may include but shall not be limited to minimal direct staff supervision and supportive services in making the arrangements necessary for an appropriate place of residence, completing an education, vocational training, obtaining employment or other similar services;
