European Sublimit definition

European Sublimit means, at all times prior to the termination of the European Sublimit in accordance with Section 2.09, an amount equal to the Facility B Commitments then in effect.
European Sublimit means, $100,000,000, as such sublimit may be reduced or terminated in accordance with Section 2.09.
European Sublimit means a Dollar Equivalent amount equal to Thirty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($30,000,000.00); provided that such amount may, at the option of the Borrowers, be increased proportionately with any increase in the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount in accordance with Section 2.24 or decreased proportionately with any permanent reduction in the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount in accordance with Section 2.2(f).
