L/C Sublimit definition

L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.
L/C Sublimit has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(b).
L/C Sublimit means an amount equal to $10,000,000. The L/C Sublimit is a part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Committed Amount.

  • A Letter of Credit shall be issued, amended, renewed or extended only if (and upon issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of each Letter of Credit the Borrowers shall be deemed to represent and warrant that), after giving effect to such issuance, amendment, renewal or extension (i) the aggregate LC Exposure shall not exceed the LC Sublimit and (ii) the Facility B LC Exposure shall not exceed $25,000,000.
