Estimated Net Asset Value definition

Estimated Net Asset Value and "Estimated Net Liabilities" means the Net Asset Value or the Net Liabilities (as applicable) according to the Pro Forma Completion Accounts, as calculated and determined based on financial figures stated in the Pro Forma Completion Accounts.
Estimated Net Asset Value shall have the meaning stated in Section 2.3.
Estimated Net Asset Value means the unaudited net asset value determined in accordance with Section 3.2 hereof.

More Definitions of Estimated Net Asset Value

Estimated Net Asset Value means, for any Closing, a calculation of the Net Asset Value of each Target Business Segment (excluding any Deferred Target Companies) as of the close of business on the last day of the month ended two months immediately prior to the month in which such Closing occurs, as set forth on the Estimated Closing Statement.
