Error Correction definition

Error Correction means the use of reasonable commercial efforts to correct Errors.
Error Correction means a modification or addition that, when made or added to the Software, brings the Software into material conformity with the published specifications. XXXX means the end user license agreement between Deswik and the Customer in respect of the Software. Excluded Services means those excluded services and support identified in clause 3.3 and Schedule A. Expiry Date means 12 months from the Commencement Date, or as otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. Fees means the fees set out or calculated in the manner specified in the Proposal.
Error Correction means either a modification, procedure, or routine that corrects an Error in all material respects.

Examples of Error Correction in a sentence

  • Upon verification, Selectron shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the Error with an Error Correction.

More Definitions of Error Correction

Error Correction means either a modification or addition to or deletion from the Software having the effect that such Software substantially conforms to the then current specifications, or a procedure or routine that, when exercised in the regular operation of the Software, eliminates any material adverse effect on the Customer caused by an Error. An Error Correction may be a correction, workaround, fix, Service Pack or Service Release.
