Disaster Recovery Services definition

Disaster Recovery Services means the disaster recovery and/or business continuity services (as the context may require) to be provided by the Supplier pursuant to Schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity);
Disaster Recovery Services means the Services embodied in the processes and procedures for restoring the provision of Services following the occurrence of a Disaster, as detailed further in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);
Disaster Recovery Services. (or “DR Services” or “DR”) means the disaster recovery service, process, policies and procedures initiated by SAP that are related to preparing for recovery or continuation of technology or infrastructure identified in the applicable Order Form as included in the DR Services. DR is not a process to overcome outages of isolated systems due to hardware or software incidents (i.e., DR is not a substitute or replacement for System Availability Service Levels).
