Examples of Equipment and/or services in a sentence

  • Equipment and/or services provided to the customer for free are not eligible for rebate/incentive payments.

  • Supply: Products (including software and Industrial Equipment) and/or services (including Works), which are the subject of the Order.

  • As used herein, the term "Purchaser" shall include the initial end use of the Equipment and/or services; provided, however, that Paragraph 13(a) shall apply exclusively to the initial end user.

  • Equipment and/or services added will be subject to the contract services and charges or rates as an item already specified in the fee schedule.

  • As used herein, the term "Purchaser" shall also include the initial end user of the Equipment and/or services; provided, however, that Article 14(a) shall apply exclusively to the initial end user.

  • Licensee shall pay all applicable City, county and state taxes levied, assessed, or imposed on Licensee or on License’s Equipment by reason of this Agreement or those related to any of Licensee’s Equipment and/or services provided within the City.

  • All the provisions of this Contract shall be applicable, mutatis mutandis, to the exercise of the options and the Equipment and/or services purchased pursuant thereto.

  • It is acknowledged and agreed by the signatories hereto that a Responding Party providing Assistance pursuant to this Agreement shall be entitled to bill or charge the Requesting Party for Equipment and/or services, or support for Assistance provided.

  • Equipment and/or services must be received, and the vendor paid prior to requesting reimbursement.

Related to Equipment and/or services

  • Goods and/or Services means all of the Goods (if any) and all of the Services (if any) specified in the Contract Specifics.

  • Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Other Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

  • Transmission Services the services provided by the Transmission Provider(s) to the Distributor;

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Call Off Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.
