Enforcement Officer definition

Enforcement Officer means a person authorised to carry out enforcement duties under Chapter 3 of the 2009 Act;
Enforcement Officer means all local health officers, directors of environmental health, and duly authorized registered environmental health specialists and environmental health specialist trainees.
Enforcement Officer means the Director, chief building official, fire marshal, city manager or any other city employee designated by the Director or city manager to enforce this Chapter.
