Bylaw Enforcement Officer definition

Bylaw Enforcement Officer means a person or persons appointed from time to time by resolution of City Council pursuant to Section 36 of the Police Act, the purpose of which is to enforce regulatory bylaws of the municipality.
Bylaw Enforcement Officer or “Bylaw Officer” means a person designated as such under this bylaw.

Bylaw Enforcement Officer means an employee or independent contractor appointed by the Village to enforce the provision of the Village Bylaws, and includes a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and when authorized a Community Peace Officer.
