End Date definition

End Date has the meaning set forth in Section 7.02(a).

End Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b).

Examples of End Date in a sentence

• If prior to the End Date, any Party hereto brings an action to enforce specifically the performance of the terms and provisions hereof by any other Party, the End Date shall automatically be extended by such other time period established by the court presiding over such action.

• The Applicant shall complete the Project by the last Milestone End Date specified in Schedule B.

• Should an unforeseen exceptional circumstance arise whereby it is not possible to meet the deliverables or deadlines set out in any Milestone, or whereby the Applicant may desire Alberta Innovates to approve a material change to the Project, the Applicant may request a change or amendment to this Investment Agreement by contacting Alberta Innovates' representative for project matters set out in Article 12 Notices no later than two (2) weeks prior to the next Milestone End Date.

More Definitions of End Date

End Date is defined in Section 8.1(b) of the Agreement.
