Employee Benefit Plan definition

Employee Benefit Plan means any "employee benefit plan" as defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA which is or was maintained or contributed to by Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective ERISA Affiliates.
Employee Benefit Plan means any employee benefit plan within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA which (a) is maintained for employees of the Borrower or any ERISA Affiliate or (b) has at any time within the preceding six years been maintained for the employees of the Borrower or any current or former ERISA Affiliate.
Employee Benefit Plan means any (a) nonqualified deferred compensation or retirement plan or arrangement, (b) qualified defined contribution retirement plan or arrangement which is an Employee Pension Benefit Plan, (c) qualified defined benefit retirement plan or arrangement which is an Employee Pension Benefit Plan (including any Multiemployer Plan), or (d) Employee Welfare Benefit Plan or material fringe benefit or other retirement, bonus, or incentive plan or program.

More Definitions of Employee Benefit Plan

Employee Benefit Plan means any “employee benefit plan” (as such term is defined in ERISA §3(3)) and any other material employee benefit plan, program or arrangement of any kind.
Employee Benefit Plan shall have the meaning specified in Section 3(3) of ERISA.
Employee Benefit Plan means any “employee benefit plan,” as such term is defined in Section 3(3) of ERISA subject to Title IV of ERISA, maintained or sponsored by the Servicer or any of its ERISA Affiliates.
Employee Benefit Plan means any “employee pension benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(2) of ERISA), any “employee welfare benefit plan” (as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA), and any other written or oral plan, agreement or arrangement involving direct or indirect compensation, including insurance coverage, severance benefits, disability benefits, deferred compensation, bonuses, stock options, stock purchase, phantom stock, stock appreciation or other forms of incentive compensation or post-retirement compensation.
Employee Benefit Plan means (i) an "employee pension plan" as defined in ss. 3(2) of ERISA, (ii) an "employee welfare benefit plan" as defined in ss. 3(1) of ERISA or (iii) any other employee benefit or fringe benefit plan or program, whether established by Law, a written agreement or other instrument, or custom or informal understanding.
Employee Benefit Plan means any (a) nonqualified deferred compensation or retirement plan or arrangement which is an Employee Pension Benefit Plan, (b) qualified defined contribution retirement plan or arrangement which is an Employee Pension Benefit Plan, (c) qualified defined benefit retirement plan or arrangement which is an Employee Pension Benefit Plan (including any Multiemployer Plan), or (d) Employee Welfare Benefit Plan or material fringe benefit plan or program.
Employee Benefit Plan means any “employee benefit plan” within the meaning of Section 3(3) of ERISA, including, without limitation, all stock purchase, stock option, stock-based severance, employment, change-in-control, medical, disability, fringe benefit, bonus, incentive, deferred compensation, employee loan and all other employee benefit plans, agreements, programs, policies or other arrangements, whether or not subject to ERISA, under which (1) any current or former employee, director or independent contractor of the Company or its subsidiaries has any present or future right to benefits and which are contributed to, sponsored by or maintained by the Company or any of its respective subsidiaries or (2) the Company or any of its subsidiaries has had or has any present or future obligation or liability; “ERISA” means the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended; “ERISA Affiliate” means any member of the company’s controlled group as defined in Code Section 414(b), (c), (m) or (o); and “Foreign Benefit Plan” means any Employee Benefit Plan established, maintained or contributed to outside of the United States of America or which covers any employee working or residing outside of the United States.
