Incentive Plan definition

Incentive Plan means any plan providing compensation that depends on achieving certain performance goals or similar conditions within a specified period;

Incentive Plan means any plan or arrangement pursuant to which the Company may compensate its employees, consultants, directors and/or service providers.

Incentive Plan shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 5(c).

Examples of Incentive Plan in a sentence

• This Agreement granting the Employee an award of restricted stock units under the Plan (the “Award”) shall be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the DXC Technology Company 2017 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) and this Agreement.

• The Options were granted to Participant under the Company’s 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended (the “2021 Plan”), or under the Sarcos Corp.

• Amended and Restated 2013 Performance Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), the Company has granted to the Participant effective as of the date hereof (the “Award Date”), a credit of restricted share units under the Plan (the “Award”), upon the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Plan.

• Subject to the vesting, and other provisions of the Company’s 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, the Company will issue to Director up to a total of 75,000 restricted share units pursuant to the terms set forth in the award agreement to be entered into with Director.

• Capitalized terms used in this Agreement which are not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the Incentive Plan.

More Definitions of Incentive Plan

Incentive Plan means the Company’s Executive Performance Incentive Plan.

Incentive Plan means any compensation arrangement, plan, policy, practice or program established, maintained or sponsored by the Company or any subsidiary of the Company, or to which the Company or any subsidiary of the Company contributes, on behalf of any Executive Officer and which provides for incentive, bonus or other performance-based awards of cash, securities, the phantom equivalent of securities or other property, including any stock option, stock appreciation right and restricted stock plan, but excluding any plan intended to qualify as a plan under any one or more of Sections 401(a), 401(k) or 423 of the Code.

Incentive Plan means a group plan that provides for stock options or other equity incentives, profit sharing, bonuses, or other performance-based payments;

Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b).

Incentive Plan means the NorthStar Healthcare Income, Inc. Amended and Restated Long Term Incentive Plan, or any subsequent equity compensation plan approved by the Board and designated as the Incentive Plan for purposes of this Plan.

Incentive Plan means the Express Scripts, Inc. 2000 Long-Term Incentive Plan, as amended from time to time.
