Eligible Claimants definition

Eligible Claimants means Bosch Settlement Class Members who have submitted a Claim and have been determined to be eligible to receive benefits pursuant to the Distribution Protocol;
Eligible Claimants means the Eligible Student Class Members and the designated FLA recipients.
