Effective date of eligibility definition

Effective date of eligibility means the date on which health care services shall be covered either through fee-for-service reimbursement by the department, its fiscal agent, or through enrollment in a participating health plan.
Effective date of eligibility means the first date a client is eligible for the public assistance program.
Effective date of eligibility means: the first day of the month following the application date if the application date is on or before the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month; or the first day of the month after the following month if the application date is after the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month.

More Definitions of Effective date of eligibility

Effective date of eligibility means a child found eligible for Kid Care CHIP whose application was received on or before the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month will be covered for services as of the first (1st) day of the following month.
