Duties and functions definition

Duties and functions means attending the regular full meetings of the state or national organization. A maximum of two (2) employees who are state or national officers may be granted time off under this section.   • Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:

  • Task(s means one or more functions, if specified in the Contract Documents, to be performed by the Contractor for the State.

  • Material Duties means the duties generally required by employers in the national economy of those engaged in a particular occupation that cannot be reasonably modified or omitted. In no event will working an average of more than 40 hours per week be considered a Material Duty.

  • Services Requirements means the requirements of the Authority or any other Contracting Body (as appropriate) for the Services from time to time;
