Duties includes obligations. (5) The word “person” includes natural persons, firms, companies, associations, partnerships, trusts, corporations, governmental agencies and units, and other legal entities. Duties. The Sub–Advisor may, in its discretion, appoint the Japan Sub–Advisor to perform one or more of the following services with respect to all or a portion of the investments of the Portfolio, in connection with the Sub–Advisor’s duties under the Sub–Advisory Agreement.
