Double Agent Product definition

Double Agent Product means Truvada.
Double Agent Product means Truvada, the co-formulated product developed by Gilead containing, as its only active pharmaceutical ingredients, TDF and FTC.
Double Agent Product means each of the F/TDF Product and the F/TAF Product.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Confidential Information shall include any and all information provided by one Party to another Party relating to the Combination Product or the first-mentioned Party’s Single Agent Product(s) or Double Agent Product, as applicable; provided, however, that information provided by one Party to another Party relating to Improvements to the Core Technology of such other Party shall be deemed Confidential Information of such other Party.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Section 4.1, neither Party shall have any obligation under this Agreement to obtain or maintain Approvals for the other Party’s Single Agent Product(s) or Double Agent Product, as applicable, in any country in the Territory.

  • Gilead shall, in accordance with any applicable timelines contemplated in the next sentence, provide Tibotec with copies of all material or requested Clinical Data developed by or on behalf of Gilead in connection with any such clinical trials, including all clinical trial results and resultant data analyses; provided, however, that the foregoing obligation shall not apply to any Clinical Data that relate solely to one or more of Gilead’s Double Agent Product and its Single Agent Products.

  • Nothing contained in this Section 4.4 shall prohibit or restrict either Party from communicating with the Regulatory Authorities on matters relating to the Exploitation of any of its respective Single Agent Product(s), Double Agent Product or pharmaceutical products other than the Combination Product.

  • Either Member Party (the “Continuing Member Party”) may terminate this Agreement by notice to the other Member Party (the “Terminated Member Party”) in the event that there is the Launch in the Territory of at least one (1) Generic Version of all of the Single Agent Products (or the Double Agent Product) of the Terminated Member Party (a “Generic Version Launch”) and the Continuing Member Party delivers notice of termination within thirty (30) days after the Generic Version Launch.

  • As of the Effective Date, to such Party’s knowledge, there is no products liability litigation, with respect to such Party’s Single Agent Product(s) or Double Agent Product, as applicable, that is currently pending or that was pending at any time on or after [*].

  • Gilead Sub and BMS shall each retain sole discretion with respect to price-setting and discounts for its respective Single Agent Products and Double Agent Product.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Party covenants that it shall act in good faith in setting the price and discounts for its respective Single Agent Products and Double Agent Product in the Territory and shall not directly or indirectly manipulate pricing or discounting arrangements of its own Single Agent Products or Double Agent Product in the Territory solely or primarily for the purpose of increasing such Party’s portion of the revenue from the Territory Combination Product.

  • CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED UNDER 17 C.F.R. §§ 200.80(b)(4) AND 240.24B-2 statements with regard to any recall of its respective Single Agent Product(s) or Double Agent Product.

  • Gilead and Tibotec shall each retain sole discretion with respect to price-setting and discounts for its respective Single Agent Products and Double Agent Product.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Related Products means (i) with respect to Resource Adequacy Benefits that portion of the Resource Adequacy Benefits that are in excess of those Resource Adequacy Benefits used by Seller or by a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established, at the point in time when the Resource Adequacy Benefits are to be used, resource adequacy obligation under any Resource Adequacy Ruling, and (ii) any Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes and all other attributes associated with the electric energy or capacity of the Generating Facility (but not including any Financial Incentives) that are in excess of those Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes or other attributes used, or retained for future use, by Seller or a Site Host, both in connection with the Host Site, to meet a known and established, at the point in time when the relevant attribute(s) are to be used or retained, obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Other Product means Product which an End User acquired from sources other than Integrator.

  • Borrower Products means all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology currently being designed, manufactured or sold by Borrower or which Borrower intends to sell, license, or distribute in the future including any products or service offerings under development, collectively, together with all products, software, service offerings, technical data or technology that have been sold, licensed or distributed by Borrower since its incorporation.

  • Designated Products means products provided by Motorola to Licensee with which or for which the Software and Documentation is licensed for use.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Combination Product means (a) a product containing a Licensed Product together with one or more other active ingredients that have independent biologic or chemical activity when present alone that are sold as a single unit, or (b) a Licensed Product together with one or more products, devices, pieces of equipment or components thereof, that are sold as a single package at a single price.

  • Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.

  • Commercial Supply Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 (Supply Agreement).

  • Terminated Product has the meaning set forth in Section 18.3.4.2(v).

  • Regulatory Documentation means all applications, registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals (including all Approvals), all correspondence submitted to or received from Regulatory Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Authority), all supporting documents and all Clinical Trials and tests, including the manufacturing batch records, relating to a Product, and all data contained in any of the foregoing, including all regulatory drug lists, advertising and promotion documents, adverse event files and complaint files.

  • Diagnostic Product means In Vitro Diagnostics, In Vivo Diagnostic Agents and any product used for Diagnosis.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Red Hat Products means Software, Services, Subscriptions and other Red Hat branded offerings made available by Red Hat.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Licensed Product means any method, process, composition, product, service, or component part thereof that would, but for the granting of the rights set forth in this Agreement, infringe a Valid Claim contained in the Licensed Patents.

  • Net Sales means [***].
