Discipline Counsel definition

Discipline Counsel means the individual assigned to prosecute a Formal Complaint;
Discipline Counsel means the University Discipline Counsel or an assistant appointed by the Academic Board;
Discipline Counsel means counsel appointed to prosecute a notice of discipline hearing; “investigation” means an investigation by the Board under section 6 (5) of the Act;

  • Disclosure Counsel means the Special Counsel designated by the Corporation to be responsible for the drafting and delivery of the Corporation’s disclosure documents such as preliminary official statements, official statements, re-offering memorandums or private placement memorandums and continuing disclosure agreements.

  • Lead Director means, at any given time, the lead, independent member (if any) elected as such by the Board and occupying such position.

  • Investor Relations Activities means any activities, by or on behalf of the Company or a shareholder of the Company, that promote or reasonably could be expected to promote the purchase or sale of securities of the Company, but does not include:

  • Instructions to Consultants (Section 2 of the RFP) means the document which provides shortlisted Consultants with all information needed to prepare their Proposals.

  • Plaintiffs’ Counsel means Lead Counsel and all other legal counsel who, at the direction and under the supervision of Lead Counsel, performed services on behalf of the Settlement Class in the Action.

  • Counsel means a barrister and/or solicitor or a firm of barristers and/or solicitors retained by the Warrant Agent or retained by the Corporation, which may or may not be counsel for the Corporation;

  • Legal Counsel shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2(b).
