Development Plans definition

Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

More Definitions of Development Plans

Development Plans as used herein means the Site Plan, Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, Construction Plans, Subdivision Hardscape and Landscape Plans, Amenity Plans, Lot Grading Plans, and Lot Utility Layout, in the forms approved by Buyer and Seller in accordance with this Agreement and approved by the applicable Governmental Authorities. All Development Plans for the Sections shall be prepared in accordance with the development specifications attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 (the “Development Scope and Specifications”) and all Governmental Requirements. Seller shall be responsible for all costs and expenses related to the preparation and submission of the Development Plans. The “Development Plans” shall include all obligations and requirements applicable to the Section contained within any instrument disclosed by the Title Commitment or Survey.

Development Plans means any or all of the following, to the extent that Town approval is required by applicable law: application(s) for permit(s); permit(s); subdivision plan(s); site plan(s); construction drawings; subdivision plat(s); street right of way and/or easement dedication plat(s); recombination plat(s) and plan(s); and other plats and plans for development in Chatham Park, including plats or plans that address requirements in one or more Additional Elements (for example, a Tree Coverage Plan, Open Space Area Plan, or Stormwater Plan). A development plan may or may not address one or more development standards established by an Additional Element, and a standard not addressed on a development plan may be addressed by a subsequent development plan. For example, sign, landscaping, and parking standards not addressed on a subdivision plat that creates one or more non- residential Lots may be addressed in subsequent development plans for the Lots established by that subdivision plat. References in an Additional Element to development plan(s) are to the applicable development plan(s).
Development Plans means the Territory-Specific Development Plan and the Global Development Plan, collectively.
Development Plans means, with respect to a Program, collectively, the Joint Development Plan and Budget and any Independent Additional Study Development Plan(s) for such Program.
