Development Charges definition

Development Charges or “DC” shall mean the amount charged by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards carrying out the developmental works inside or around the Project, including but not limited to the payment of the following:

Development Charges means amount on account of development charges is to be paid by the allottee of a plot.

Development Charges means the development charges imposed under the Town’s Development Charge By-law No. 3527 (2014), or any successor by-law, as prescribed by the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, or any successor thereto.

Development Charges or “DC” shall mean the amount payable by the Applicant to the Company towards carrying out the development works inside or around Group Housing Colony, including but not limited to:

Development Charges means the development charges as prescribed by the Development Charges Act, R.S.O. 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 27, as amended, or any successor thereto.
