Designated Locations definition

Designated Locations means the locations designated from time to time by the Company at which the Pledged Spare Parts may be maintained by or on behalf of the Company, which initially shall be the locations set forth on Schedule I to the Mortgage and shall include the additional locations designated by the Company pursuant to Section 3.02(b)(2) of the Mortgage.
Designated Locations means any of the locations in the U.S. described in the initial A Mortgage Supplement and any subsequent A Mortgage Supplement (meeting the requirements of Section 3.02(b)) at which Spare Parts are held by or on behalf of the Company.
