Design Drawings definition

Design Drawings means the drawings plans and data for the Project to be prepared and issued by the Architect prior to 30 November 1985 as varied in accordance with this Agreement which drawings will enable the Parties to proceed with the implementation of the Project;

Design Drawings means the drawings prepared by the ESCo, showing the design developed for the approved Measures from the Energy Audit Report.

Design Drawings means the drawings identifying the Works and Services requirements of this bylaw, provided by the Owner and submitted to the District pursuant to an Application for Subdivision.

Examples of Design Drawings in a sentence

• The Final Design Package shall include but not be limited to: detailed, 100% complete and checked Design Drawings, Project Specifications, reports, supporting calculations and design documentation necessary for final Owner and Third Party approval and for construction of the Work.

• The Advanced Partial Design Submittal shall consist of detailed Design Drawings and Project Specifications together with supporting reports, notes, conversation/meeting records, and calculations to support the scope of work planned and verification of integration with overall project, to be released for construction.

• Each Design Review Submittal package shall include Design Drawings, Project Specifications and supporting data, reports and such information as needed to advance to the next stage of design or the start of construction whichever is applicable.

• The Concept Design documents prepared by the Architect/Engineer (“A/E”) to date are included as Attachment A - Concept Design Drawings.

More Definitions of Design Drawings

Design Drawings means the floor plans, renderings, elevations and material specifications for the Project to be prepared by the Architect; Developer means L2A, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and its authorized successors and assigns;

Design Drawings means all drawings except shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Design Drawings means the MCIA Series 2011 Solar Project #2 design drawings, prepared by CHA Consulting, and attached hereto as Attachment VI.

Design Drawings means the drawings identifying the Works and Services requirements of this bylaw, prepared by the Owner and submitted to the City pursuant to Section9.2 herein.

Design Drawings means the drawings and sections listed in Part 2 of Schedule 2 (plans) and certified as the design drawings certified by the Secretary of State for the purposes of this Order;

Design Drawings means conceptual drawings created by SixFive including 2D architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and/or engineering drawings used to detail aesthetic concepts and represent the client’s ideas and the designer’s intent.
