Drawings means the drawings prepared by the Architects and issued by the Engineer and referred to in the specifications and any modifications of such drawings as may be issued by the Engineer from time to time ‘Contract value shall mean value of the entire work as stipulated in the letter of acceptance of tender subject such additions there to or deductions there from as may be made under the provide herein after contained.

Drawings means all the completion drawings, calculations and technical information of a like nature provided by the Engineer to the Contractor under this contract and all drawings, calculations, samples, patterns, models, Repair/Repairs and Maintenance manuals and other technical information of a like nature submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Engineer.

The Schedules to this Agreement are those marked respectively as Schedule “A” Description of Lands, Schedule “B” Draft 30M Plan of Subdivision, Schedule “C” Easements and Dedications, Schedule “D” Estimated Cost of All Works, Schedule “E” List of Engineering Drawings.
The Detailed Scope of Work, Quotation, Subcontractor Listing, Shop Drawings and required Non-Pre-Priced backup documentation will be submitted upon completion of the emergency work in accordance with the Ordering Procedures detailed in Section III above.
