Examples of Deed of Covenant in a sentence
All references in this Agreement to an agreement, instrument or other document (including the Dealer Agreement, the Deed of Covenant, the Base Prospectus and any Drawdown Prospectus or part thereof) shall be construed as a reference to that agreement, instrument or other document as the same may be amended, supplemented, replaced or novated from time to time.
The Agency Agreement contains provisions for convening meetings of the Noteholders to consider matters relating to the Notes, including the modification of any provision of the Conditions and the Deed of Covenant.
This Deed Poll shall be deposited with and held by the Agent until the date on which all the obligations of the Substitute[ and the Guarantor as the case may be] under or in respect of the Notes, the Coupons and the Deed of Covenant (including, without limitation, its obligations under this Deed Poll) have been discharged in full.
For the avoidance of doubt, no Beneficiary shall be entitled to bring any claim, action or demand in respect of this Deed Poll for any amounts already paid, satisfied or discharged pursuant to the relevant Conditions or the relevant Deed of Covenant prior to the date hereof.
Terms defined in the Conditions or the Deed of Covenant have the same meanings in this Deed Poll.
