Customer may cancel automatic renewal of an Order Term by providing at least sixty (60) days’ notice prior to the expiration of the then current Order Term by submitting a ticket through the Customer Portal or via email.

Regardless of any data retention period set by Customer, Xxxxx has no obligation to maintain Transaction, Authorized User Information or any other data stored in the Customer Portal after termination of the Agreement and any such data will be deleted in accordance with Section 1.5.
