Custodian Fee definition

Custodian Fee. As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of the Custodian Fee Rate and the outstanding Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Due Period. “Custodian Fee Rate”: 0.002% per annum.
Custodian Fee means the portion of the Certificate Administrator Fee payable to the Custodian in an amount agreed to between the Custodian and the Certificate Administrator.

Custodian Fee means, for each Payment Date (in accordance with and subject to the Priority of Payments) an amount equal to $[***].
