Servicing Fee definition

Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Servicing Fee. As to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period.

Servicing Fee. As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, one month's interest at the applicable Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan, or, whenever a payment of interest accompanies a Principal Prepayment in Full made by the Mortgagor, interest at the Servicing Fee Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan for the period covered by the payment of interest, subject to reduction as provided in Section 3.15.

Examples of Servicing Fee in a sentence

• The Servicing Fee for a Payment Date shall equal the product of (a) one-twelfth, (b) the Servicing Fee Rate and (c) the aggregate Principal Balance of the Receivables as of the first day of the related Collection Period; provided, however, that the Servicing Fee on the initial Payment Date shall be prorated to compensate for the length of the initial Collection Period being longer than one month.

• As compensation therefor, the successor servicer shall be entitled to receive reasonable compensation equal to the Servicing Fee.

• The remainder of the Servicing Fee shall be paid by the Holders of the Transferor Interest or the Noteholders of other Series (as provided in the related Indenture Supplements) and in no event shall Issuer, Indenture Trustee or the Series 2024-1 Noteholders be liable for the share of the Servicing Fee to be paid by the Holders of the Transferor Interest or the Noteholders of any other Series.

• In the event that a successor Sxxxxxxx has not been appointed at the time when the predecessor Servicer has ceased to act as Servicer in accordance with this Section, the Indenture Trustee without further action shall automatically be appointed the successor Servicer and the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to the Servicing Fee.

• The Servicer shall also be entitled to all Supplemental Servicing Fees collected (from whatever source) on the Receivables, the amount of any Servicing Fee due but not distributed to the Servicer on a prior Payment Date (including any amounts previously deferred by the Servicer as provided in this Section 4.08) plus any reimbursement pursuant to the last paragraph of Section 7.02.

More Definitions of Servicing Fee

Servicing Fee. With respect to any Mortgage Loan and Distribution Date, the fee payable monthly to the Master Servicer in respect of master servicing compensation that accrues at an annual rate designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as the "MSTR SERV FEE" for such Mortgage Loan, as may be adjusted with respect to successor Master Servicers as provided in Section 7.02.

Servicing Fee means the fee of the Master Servicer pursuant to the terms of the Servicing Agreement, which will generally be calculated as the product of (i) the Servicing Fee Rate and (ii) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the date of determination.

Servicing Fee. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the amount of the annual fee the Purchaser shall pay to the Company, which shall, for a period of one full month, be equal to one-twelfth of the product of (a) the Servicing Fee Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of such Mortgage Loan. Such fee shall be payable monthly, computed on the basis of the same principal amount and period respecting which any related interest payment on a Mortgage Loan is computed. The obligation of the Purchaser to pay the Servicing Fee is limited to, and the Servicing Fee is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds, to the extent permitted by Section 4.05) of such Monthly Payment collected by the Company, or as otherwise provided under Section 4.05.

Servicing Fee has the meaning specified in Section 4.8.

Servicing Fee means, for any Payment Date, the product of (A) one-twelfth, (B) the Servicing Fee Rate and (C) the Pool Balance as of the first day of the related Collection Period (or, in the case of the first Payment Date, as of the Cut-Off Date).
