Crossing Facility definition

Crossing Facility means the Exchange’s electronic facility for posting of intentional crosses in accordance with Part IX.
Crossing Facility. – means a facility that crosses one or more right-of-way lines of a right-of-way. “Director of Public Works” – means the Village Director of Public Works or his or her designee.
Crossing Facility means a facility where GM Sugarcane may be crossed with other Sugarcane plants (non-GM or specified GMOs grown under this licence) under controlled conditions in accordance with the conditions of this licence.
