Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations, 2013, as amended, revised or promulgated from time to time, to inter alia, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information;

Credit Reference Bureau means a bureau duly licensed to collect and facilitate the sharing of borrower’s information;

Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations to inter alia, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information;

No information other than that referred to in the above subsection shall be divulged by any institution to the Credit Reference Bureau without customers’ consent.
Any customer of an MFB has a right to know his credit status forwarded to Credit Reference Bureau.

More Definitions of Credit Reference Bureau

Credit Reference Bureau or “CRB” means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations, 2013, as amended, revised or promulgated from time to time, to inter alia, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information.

Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed by Bank of Uganda to collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information.

Credit Reference Bureau means a bureau licensed under the Act to prepare or provide credit reports to credit information requests based on data maintained by the Credit Reference Bureau and to carry out such other activities as are authorized under the Act;

Credit Reference Bureau means an entity specialized in collecting and sale of credit performance information for individuals and entities;

Credit Reference Bureau means a business that involves collecting, holding, using or disclosing personal information about individuals for the purpose of providing an entity with information about the credit worthiness of an individual.

Credit Reference Bureau means an entity specialized in the collection and sale of credit performance information for individuals and companies;

Credit Reference Bureau means all registered credit reference bureaus being utilized by the Bank from time-to-time;
